Refund Policy – Exclusive Competitions

At Exclusive Competitions, we aim to provide a fair and transparent experience for all participants. By entering any of our competitions, you agree to the following refund policy.


Entry Purchases

All competition entries are final and non-refundable once purchased.

This is due to the nature of our competitions, where each entry is immediately allocated and cannot be reversed or reassigned.


Exceptions

Refunds may only be issued in the following circumstances:

  • A duplicate transaction has been made in error
  • A technical issue resulted in an incorrect number of entries being processed
  • The competition is cancelled by Exclusive Competitions

If any of the above apply, please contact us within 7 days of purchase.


Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind after entering
  • Incorrect answers or disqualification
  • Failure to check competition details before entering

Competition Cancellations

If a competition is cancelled for any reason:

  • All entrants will receive a full refund, or
  • May be offered an alternative competition or credit, depending on the situation

Payment Issues

If you believe a payment has been made fraudulently or without your consent, please contact us immediately so we can investigate.
